Floor dirt often appears on the floor of your store in the form of:
- a brown splat
- a blue splat
- black footprints
These need to be cleaned, and in doing so you earn a small amount of coins (usually 
10). When cleaning floor dirt at your neighbours' stores, cards are sometimes earned.
If dirt is present on the floor while customers are shopping, they become unhappy .
